Radios have been in cars for almost a century. How can we break the radio habit and get people to listen to Spotify instead?

Spots is a system for Spotify that associates tracks with locations.
If you’re headed somewhere and think of a song you want to hear on the way, just queue up the track and click “Add to Spot.” Now that track is attached to the destination.
Locations with Spots tracks are indicated with green dots on a map. Integration with navigation apps like Waze is optional.
Businesses can promote their locations’ Spots tracks with scannable images containing links to playlists.
Special billboards with their own unique soundtracks (available online through a memorable URL) will promote Spots. Users can make suggestions for songs to add to the signs’ playlists.
